yay9 Terms & Conditions

Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. yay9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If it is determined that a User is under 21, yay9 will close the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter as required by applicable policy. Funds deposited by an underage User may be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

Geographic Eligibility

yay9 operates as an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable laws in their location. yay9 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside its intended market. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and yay9 reserves the right to restrict or suspend any account where prohibited-jurisdiction access is detected.

Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously self-excluded from yay9 or any other gambling platform and that exclusion period is still active, you are not eligible to use the Platform. Attempting to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms. If yay9 becomes aware of such a breach, the account will be immediately suspended and any winnings accrued during the breach period may be forfeited.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your yay9 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and report to relevant authorities where required.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. yay9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact yay9 support immediately so the account can be secured.

Account Verification (KYC)

yay9 may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identification card (NID), passport, or proof of address. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity until the requirement is satisfied. yay9 may also request documentation to verify the source of funds used for deposits.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on yay9 is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. yay9 charges no fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees charged by the issuing bank; yay9 is not responsible for any such third-party charges. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit (withdrawal must mirror deposit method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. yay9 will process standard withdrawal requests within 2 to 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. For bank transfers the processing time may be up to 24 hours. yay9 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of a KYC review or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Currency

All transactions on yay9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed and settled in BDT. yay9 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by a User's payment provider when transacting in a different base currency.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by yay9 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in eligible bets must be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only, defined as a User who has never previously held a yay9 account. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. Reload and other recurring bonuses are available to eligible active accounts as defined in the specific promotion terms. yay9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion and to withdraw a promotion at any time without notice.

Bonus Abuse

yay9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, void winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close an account where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement; colluding with other Users to exploit promotional terms; and using automated software to place bets.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until yay9's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, yay9 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's wallet. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided by yay9 at its discretion, with the stake returned.

Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the market has already been settled. For cricket matches specifically, if a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors and no result is possible under the applicable playing regulations, in-play bets will be settled according to the in-play rules published in the specific sports rules section.

Maximum Winnings

yay9 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single bet or combination of bets. The applicable maximum payout will be communicated in the specific sports rules section or at the point of bet placement. Where the calculated payout on an accepted bet exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit and the excess will not be paid.

Prohibited Actions Include

• Opening or using more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions including chargebacks, money laundering, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to exploit Platform features, odds, or promotions.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where yay9 reasonably believes that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, yay9 may: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed by the User during the relevant period; withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance; recover from the User any costs or losses incurred by yay9 as a result of the conduct; and report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law or policy.

Player Protection Tools

Every yay9 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: daily and weekly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion for a defined period of between 6 months and 5 years. To access these tools, navigate to the Settings section of your yay9 account after logging in. yay9 recommends that all Users set deposit limits at account opening as a precautionary measure, regardless of their current gambling habits.

Underage Gambling Prevention

yay9 operates strict age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has accessed yay9, they should contact yay9 support immediately at [email protected]. yay9 will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action including account closure and refund of any deposits made by a verified minor. yay9 recommends the use of internet filtering software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.

Restrictions on Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the yay9 Platform without the prior written consent of yay9. You may not use yay9's brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation. Unauthorised use of yay9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Service Availability

yay9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of part or all of the Platform. yay9 will not be liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) suffered by a User as a result of Platform unavailability, including losses on bets that could not be placed or amended during a period of downtime.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yay9 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if yay9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. yay9's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of yay9's services, you should contact yay9 support in the first instance. yay9 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with yay9's response, you may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". yay9 will treat all formal complaints seriously and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
